Submitting your assignments
All assignments must be submitted by their due date using the specified method outlined in the Course Specification and/or Assignment instructions. Please ensure you keep a copy of any assignment submitted (including proof of postage).
Please note, if you are enrolled via a USQ Partner you must submit your assignment to your USQ partner.
USQStudyDesk assignment submission
Assignments are submitted via the relevant assignment link in the main area of your StudyDesk course.
If you think you have submitted the assignment incorrectly, you need to advise your lecturer via Ask USQ. Our student support staff will advise the lecturer of your request and assist you with any further queries about USQStudyDesk assignment submission.
Posting your assignments
The cost of posting your assignments to USQ will be your responsibility.
All assignments should be addressed to:

If you are posting assignments from outside Australia they must be sent to USQ by air mail.
Once your assignment has been marked it will be returned to you via Australia Post to domestic addresses and via TNT to international addresses.
Once you have posted the assignment, you can check to see if we received your assignment:
- Log into UConnect
- Student Centre
- Marks and Grades tile
- Assessment Marks and Details menu item
- Choose the semester and then the course
Hand delivery of assignments
Students can deliver assignments to the reception area of their Faculty.
The assignment box at reception is cleared every weekday at 5pm and date-stamped for that date. Assignments that arrive after 5pm are date stamped the following weekday.
We do not recommend submitting your assignment via fax. Faxed assignments have a potential for problems such has illegibility or missing pages, which may negatively affected your mark if this occurs. Please check with your course examiner, for details to fax assignments. Some examiners will not accept assignments submitted via fax.
